What you get
Most applicant tracking systems are built by software companies. This one was built & designed by recruiters who know what they need…and what they don’t.
Every role gets a board. Drag a candidate from Screening to Interview and the whole team knows where things stand — no more chasing a spreadsheet that three people edited.
Drop in a PDF or Word file and Explorador ATS pulls out the name, email, phone, skills and years of experience, then scores the fit against the role you're hiring for.
Every workspace gets a branded public job board with an application form that feeds straight into your pipeline. Share one link and stop collecting resumes in your inbox.
Six candidate email templates ready to go, with merge fields for names and roles. Every message is logged on the candidate's timeline so nobody double-sends.
Schedule from the candidate record, add a panel, and send a real calendar invite. Candidates get an .ics file; your team gets it on their calendar.
Multi-tenant from the first line of code: separate workspaces, per-org data isolation, roles from owner down to hiring manager, and Stripe billing already wired in.

Each workspace gets its own feed address for Indeed and for LinkedIn, and you hand it over once. From then on the feed always reflects your open roles — new ones appear in it, closed ones drop off, and you never post the same job twice. What each board does with the feed is theirs to decide: LinkedIn has to switch yours on, which needs a request and a paid LinkedIn company account, and Indeed changed its policy on feed postings in 2026, so talk to your Indeed rep about how they want to take it. Google for Jobs needs nothing from you, and Google decides what it lists. We'll tell you what we control and what we don't — the feed is ours, the listing is theirs.
Your careers page lives at /careers/your-company by default. Point a CNAME at the app and add the domain in your hosting dashboard to serve it from your own domain.
Text is extracted from the PDF or DOCX in your own environment. Contact details, skills and experience are pulled out with pattern matching, and if you add an Anthropic API key, an AI pass improves the extraction and writes a short match summary for each role.
Yes. Every record carries an organization id, and every query is scoped through a single tenancy helper rather than being written by hand — so a forgotten filter can't leak data across workspaces.
Candidates export to CSV from the candidates list at any time, and it's your database — you own the Postgres instance the whole thing runs on.
Set up a workspace in under a minute. Your first role can be live on a careers page before your coffee gets cold.
